To cultivate key competencies of students, we must change the view of learning and make learning become the process of students' development. The change of learning styles should not only stay on the level of learning dynamic system, but also optimize learning activities from the process system and activity mechanism of learning. Learning is a complex brain activity, complete mental activity, rich spiritual activity and multi-dimensional practical activity. Context stimulation, knowledge transformation and activity generation are the internal mechanism of learning as the generation of key competencies. To solve the problem of the cultivation of key competencies, we must establish the concept of developmental learning, highlight the activity attribute of learning, overcome the limitations of the change of the single teaching organization form, optimize the activity form of learning, activate the brain activities of students, guide the full participation of cognition, deep emotional experience and strong will support. To make learning truly happen, to make students' learning open to the real world, and to shape the image of students as cultural inheritors, thought perceiver, problem solvers, social care providers and meaning creators, so as to optimize the learning experience.
